AHPCO Members
Finding a hospice program is as easy as calling your physician, checking the telephone directory or contacting one of the provider members of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
- Provider Members are hospice agencies licensed by the State of Arizona and operating a hospice program of care consistent with the current Standards and Principles of the National Hospice Organization.
- Associate Members are institutions, firms or organizations, other than licensed hospice programs, which desire to promote the hospice concept with a strong commitment to the patronage and support of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
- Corporate Members are corporations, other than licensed hospice programs, which desire to promote the hospice concept with a strong commitment to the patronage and support of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
- Professional Members desire to promote the hospice concept with a strong commitment to the patronage and support of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
- Individual Members desire to promote the hospice concept with a strong commitment to the patronage and support of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
- Membership Application for Providers, Associates, and Individuals is available. Print out and mail the completed form with your check to the address provided.

COMMITTEES:
LEGISLATIVE - follows current legislative events as they relate to AHPCO. Keeps board informed. Drafts responses to issues, as appropriate, on behalf of board.
MARKETING/PUBLIC RELATIONS - establishes media contacts; promotion of fund raising events, website advertising and other marketing issues.
FINANCE - Develops annual budget and considers financial issues.
MEMBER SERVICES - Handles website content oversight, services offered to members.
EDUCATION - plans educational conferences for members.
