Casa de la Luz Hospice
Admission RN Opening - Full Time
The admission nurse serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team, performing functions related to admissions of patients and provision of services information. The admission nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning and coordination of all admissions of patients to Casa de la Luz's program of care.
Prefer BSN or Associates degree in nursing, four years varied work experience as a professional nurse including one year in acute setting. Must have current Arizona RN license, excellent computer skills, experience with electronic charting and demonstrated ability to relate effectively with patients, physicians, community agencies and communicate effectively with members of the hospice interdisciplinary team.
RN - In Patient Unit - Full Time
The in patient unit RN plans, organizes and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing with emphasis on comfort care at end of life. The nurse works with the interdisciplinary hospice team to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within the inpatient unit setting.
